What is your new patient procedure?
Prior to arriving for your first visit, please print and fill out the New Patient Forms which can be found at the bottom of this page. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your visit to ensure all necessary paperwork and insurance information is completed. Be sure to bring with you a copy of your insurance card, photo ID, and list of current medications.
Do you offer same day appointments?
We do offer limited same day appointments, however, it is best to schedule an appointment on our website or over the phone to avoid long wait times.
What is your payment policy?
All copays, deductibles, and past due balances must be paid for on the date of service or in an appropriate timeframe. We also offer payment contracts that are tailored to your specific needs.
What if I don't have insurance?
If you are not covered by any insurance providers there are still options for you. We offer self pay options and flexible payment plans to fit your specific needs.
Will I need to go to a lab for any lab work?
No, we do all of our lab draws in-house and send them out to the laboratory. Within about 10-14 business days we should have your results back from the lab. The patient must make a follow up appointment to discuss lab results.

BodEn Health Urgent Care is partnered with a network of specialists in the Northern Virginia area, we are happy to offer referrals to help you reach your healthcare goals.
